Indicate the album you selected in the comments section. If an album is not specified, we will select for you. To locate the file on your computer, use the "Browse" button. Once you are ready, click to Upload Image. This may take some time depending on the file size and your connection speed to the Internet. Only click the upload button one time.
Images may only be submitted by the original photographer. Copyrighted images will be considered if submitted by the copyright holder, subject to rule #2.
By submitting an image, you grant to Alabama Aviator, LLC, the nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty free license and right (with right to sublicense) to publish, use, reproduce, create derivative works from, and distribute the image, at Alabama Aviator, LLC's sole and exclusive discretion, as part of the Photo Gallery, subject to Alabama Aviator, LLC's rights under these Rules. The owner of the copyright in the image retains all other rights.
All images considered for Alabama Aviator's Gallery must be submitted via this Submit Your Image page and the Upload Image link. No submissions sent to Alabama Aviator via email will be acknowledged or considered.
Any submitted image lacking an aviation theme will not be considered.
Each image submitted must be in either .GIF or .JPG format.
All photo and image selection for publication on alabamaaviator.com will be at the sole and exclusive discretion of Alabama Aviator, LLC, which shall have no liability whatsoever for its decision to select or publish (or not to select or publish) any image on its website or for any modification, editing, or other alteration of any image so selected or published.
Alabama Aviator may, at our discretion, edit, resample or crop any image prior to publishing.
By submitting an image, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are the owner of all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secret rights, publicity and privacy rights, or other proprietary rights in and to said image (and that all moral rights therein have been waived), including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, and submit the image, (2) that the image and Alabama Aviator, LLC's publication, reproduction, modification, editing, or alteration thereof do not violate the trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights, publicity rights, and privacy rights of any third party therein, (and that all moral rights therein have been waived), including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, and submit the image, (3) that you (the person submitting the image) and all persons appearing in the image are at least 19 years of age, and (4) that all persons appearing in the image have consented in writing to publication of the image on www.alabamaaviator.com or any successor website and have consented to any editing, modification, or other alteration of the image. Further, by submitting an image, you hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alabama Aviator, LLC and its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, causes of action, suits, settlements, judgments, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of, arising out of, related to, or associated with any acts, omissions, or statements by you or any facts that constitute a breach of the rules, representations, and warranties set forth in these Rules for Images.

Be original; show off your camera skills. Send us images of your airplane, balloon, helicopter, or aviation scenes. You can be serious, humorous or artsy, just be about aircraft.
